Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase the Products indicated by you and is not binding to us until we have notified you that an order has been accepted. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

In some cases the fabrics that we use may vary from the pictures that you see online, but we will keep you informed about these so that you have full control to make changes to your order accordingly.

We aim for the website to present our available products as accurately as possible, but if products shown on the site are no longer available, or are incorrectly priced or described, Hid-In shall not be obliged to sell them to you.

Insulin Pump Damage Limitation

Whilst we take the best care and measures to create products to be worn to safely hold your pump we accept no responsibility for pump loss or damage as a result of using these accessories. Used correctly and responsibly we believe these products will make safely carrying your pump simpler and easier day to day. We have tested these products and believe that each is fit for purpose and that a pump is safely contained in them.

However, we cannot account for every person and the way that they use their product, that is up to the individual users discretion. Hid-In Ltd cannot be held liable for damage to a pump falling from one of our accessories.  Hid-In Ltd are not responsible for damage to a pump falling from one of our accessories any more than a fashion company would be if the pump fell from the pocket of one of their products. You, the customer, are responsible for where your insulin pump is carried and need to be personally insured against loss or damage to this, your personal property, at all times.
