Delivery Times & Options

At Hid- in we pride ourselves on speedy delivery as we know how important accessories are! We ship from our London studio and, provided that we have stock, we try to send out your order within 7 working days of receiving it. We tend to ship twice weekly, but if you have an urgent need email us and we'll see what we can do for you.

Shipping has been tough for small businesses since Brexit and we are experiencing some delays and losses to previously reliable destinations in Europe. These delays are as unpredictable and as frustrating to us as a small business as they are to you our customers. We apologise for this, it is very clearly outside of our control.
If you choose Standard post we cannot track your parcel.
To reassure you, the picture that we are building is that most parcels ARE ARRIVING but after delays that can be up to 6 weeks depending where in the world you are. Hid-In is based in the UK and if you are ordering from abroad please do check the postal delays in your area and take these into account.
We truly appreciate your patience in these unprecedented times and we will always do our best to get your parcel to you.

We ask customers to be patient in busy times as we are a small business run by a single set of hands.
Please allow the standard 28 days before reporting an item lost, especially if it is being sent overseas or by standard post, or both. Many Thanks

Customs & Duty

Please be aware that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment arrives in your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges must be born by you the customer.

Stock Items

We hold stock of all our best-selling Multiway Body Bands in our Classic Shop, so these can sent out quickly.
Items in the Pick ‘n’ Mix range are made in small batches, and often made to order, so they can take a little longer.

Track & Sign - £8.00
If you prefer the peace of mind of a 100% reliable, traceable delivery, choose the Track & Sign. Parcels should arrive within 5 days of being sent. Please allow 28 days for potential customs delays.
Orders above £60 qualify for automatic upgrade for Track & Sign.

Standard Royal Mail post is the most reliable shipping method for UK customers.

Europe

Standard Delivery - £4.00

Track & Sign - £10.00
